Ingredients

    4 oz Atlantic Salmon
    2 Mission life balance whole wheat tortillas
    .5 cup Cabbage, chopped
    40g Avocado
    1 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing
    .5 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    1 Lemon wedge
    Dash black pepper

Directions

Preheat pan to low-medium heat. Spray with Pam. Clean fish and season with a bit of black pepper. Put fish in pan and cover for 5 minutes. Clean and chop cabbage. Mix ranch dressing and taco seasoning. Slice avocado. Flip fish and leave uncovered for another 5 minutes or until done. Warm up tortillas if desired.

Stuff each tortilla with .25 cups cabbage, 2oz fish, 20g avocado and top with tacoranch sauce and a squirt of lemon. (Cheese is also a good topping.)
