Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. sugar twin
3 oz. cocoa
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
combine all of the above
3/12 T oil
7 T applesauce (unsweetened)
1 oz white vinegar
2 c. cold water
combine above
add to dry ingredients
Add:
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. shredded coconut
put 1/4 c of mix into each muffin cup.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

makes 24 muffins.
