Introduction

I love this for breakfast! Provides you with a good bit of protien, fiber, and even some hard-to-reach (at least for me) vitamin C. The pre-herbed wrap makes it that much simpler! Ingredients

--1 piece Flat Out Italian Herb Flat Bread
**If you can't find Flat Out (It's whole wheat!) at your local Wal-Mart/grocery store, you may use a flour or corn tortilla. In this case, I recommend adding Italian seasoning or, at the very least, parsley.**
    --2 slices "Butterball" Turkey Bacon
    --1 large egg
--4 medium slices of a tomato
--Cooking spray (I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.)

Directions

1) Place pan on burner, turn to medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray.

2) Whip egg, pour into heated pan. Add tomato slices.

3) Scramble egg, chopping tomato slices with spatula if desired.

4) Place egg on flat bread and cook bacon as instructed on package, whichever way you prefer.

5) Add bacon and roll up. Fold empty ends over.

6) Pour yourself some Acai Mixed Berry V-Fusion or nonfat milk, and enjoy! Okay, that's really more of a suggestion than a step. =]

**Makes one serving.**
