Ingredients

    1 package of ground buffalo
    1 cup chopped spanish onion
    6 table spoons of chilli powder
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon of black pepper
    1/2 cup salsa (I like medium -hot)
    Huntz Spicy red pepper tomato sause

Directions

in a large non stick skillett brown buffalo and onion together on medium heat until meat is browned and onion is transparent. Add all your spices and salsa.
Add the tomato sause and reduce heat to simmer. continue to stir until Chilli is bubbley.
Serve on tacos, burritoes, or as a dip for natchoes.
