Introduction

"I have been trying to eliminate sugar, instant foods, as well as artificial sweeteners from my diet (as much as possible) and came up with this recipe as a result. The only sugar in the recipe is from the banana. You can change the measurements, I keep mine lower so its lower in calories."

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 Cup of PLAIN Quaker Oats
    Cinnamon (to taste)
    1/3 Cup Water (this is up to your preference)
    1/2 banana mashed
    1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/4 Cup 1% Milk

    Optional: 1 TB Peanut Butter or Add in some plain cocoa powder instead of cinnamon for a chocolate banana flavor!

Directions

Cook the oatmeal/protein/water. Blend in the cinnamon, banana, protein powder and milk.
