Introduction
A Tasty Breakfast sandwich made with the GT Express.Not a super health food but not that bad for you if you are good at controling your portions.

Ingredients

2 Thomas English Muffins, original style.
1 slice of sandwich Ham cut in half..
1 slice of american cheese 3/4 oz cut in half.
1 egg beaten with a teaspoon of milk.
Note: This recipe can be made a little healthier using a wheat, Mulit-grain, or light style of muffin, and using an egg subsitute such as Egg Beaters.
Also can be varried using different kinds of cheese.
Directions
Makes 2 Servings
GT Express Cooking Instructions.
Preheat GT Express 101 or GT RSG with dividor pan insert.. spary with non fat cooking spray so egg doesn't stick.
Beat egg with a teaspoon of 2% or non-fat milk
Pour half of egg into each of the heated cooking wells.. cook aprox 2 minutes. (half an egg cooks fairly fast.).
Remove eggs when done.
If you like your muffins toasty you can toast before the next step.
Split muffins in half.. add 1/2 slice of ham, your 1/2 slice of cheese top with egg and put the mufin top on.
Fit one muffin into each well, close and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
Remove and serve.
