Introduction

This salsa is perfect and *way* better than anything you can get from a jar. This salsa is perfect and *way* better than anything you can get from a jar.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6-8 Roma tomatoes (cut them up into small little pieces)
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
    2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sugar
    juice of one lime
    1/4 cup beer (Corona works best)
    1 small hot pepper (chopped finely - optional)
    1 small can corn (optional)


Directions

Mix all chopped ingredients first; then add salt and sugar; then add lime juice; then beer! Ready to eat!!!!
