Introduction

The original recipe says to do this over a grill, which I think would be fantastic. However, apartment living doesn't always allow that. Ingredients

    1/3 c Fresh lime juice
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp minced, peeled ginger
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    Vegetable oil (for grilling)
    coarse salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions

Makes 4 servings

In a plastic bag, throw together lime juice, soy sauce, scallions, ginger and red pepper. Add flank steak, seal the bag and toss in the fridge for a half hour, turning occasionally.

Ether heat the grill on high, and grill until done - 6-8 minutes for medium rare.

Or, place on a broiler pan and broil for 5-6 minutes per side.

Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving. Slice thinly.
