Ingredients

    Water 0.75 cup
    Olive oil 1.5 Tbsp
    Egg 1 large
    Molasses 2 Tbsp
    Lecithin 1.5 Tbsp
    Wheat germ 1 Tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Yeast 1.5 tsp
    Whole wheat flour 3 cups

Directions

Add all ingredients except yeast and flour to bread machine. Start dough cycle, let mix thoroughly. Add half the flour, let mix thoroughly. Add the yeast, let mix thoroughly. Add remaining flour and let mix until dough ball forms. Restart machine on whole wheat cycle. Makes 12 1-slice servings.
