Introduction

Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 2 cup
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Raspberries, 3 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal, 1 cup

Directions

Makes about 26 ergular size muffin, or like in my case, 1 pan of minis and 18 regulars!

Soak oats in milk for an hour.
Mix together all the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingediants to oats, then fold in fruit,
add the dry to the wet and mix just enough to combine well. Scoop into cups and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour ( you will want to check them and add a few minutes as needed)
