Ingredients

    1 pkg lo sodium taco seasoning
    1 can 15oz black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 jar, 8oz roasted red peppers
    8oz. Light cream cheees
    1 tbs. chopped cilantro
    1 oz lime juice
    1 cup chopped tomato

Directions

reserve the chopped tomatoes, add all other ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve.
