Introduction

This is a favorite of mine. I pre cut all the ingredients and keep the mixed in a plastic container so that it's even quicker to slap a low calorie sandwich together. Ingredients

    Tomato (i precut up to 3)
    Green Pepper (up to 3)
    Light Cream Cheese
    Bread of your choice I use Sumbeam lite.

Directions

Dice Tomato and Green Pepper. Grab 2 slices of bread. Spread cream cheese on both pieces of bread. Add and the veggies and enjoy! It's a great refreshing sandwich! Save the left over veggies for another sandwich.
