Ingredients

2 sm onions
3 tsp garlic
2 tsp extra light olive oil
1 tbsp red cayenne peppr
2.5 tbsp ground cumin
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
2 cans ( 28oz) stewed tomatoes, rinsed
2c fresh spinach
1c fresh kale
Directions
Brown onion in oil. Add garlic and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add cayenne pepper and cumin. cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add water, beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add spinach and kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve on tortilla and top with sour cream. Is also good with avocado slices!

Add water, beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add spinach and kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve on tortilla and top with sour cream. Is also good with avocado slices!
