Ingredients

    16 oz boiled boned chicken
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    8 tsp reduced calorie butter
    1 can light mushroom soup
    8 oz mild mexican cheese whiz
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1 can green chilies
    lays baked tortilla chips
    2 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Reduce heat to simmer add soup and cheese until melted. Remove from heat add sour cream and chillies.
In casserole dish put layer of chips just enough to cover bottom. 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
