    2 cups of canned red Kidden beans, rinse well.
    I cup of canned corn.
    cup of canned diced tomatoes
    .1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 1 serving

Directions

Pour in a larg pot and cook on med. heat for 30 minutes. stir as needed.
