Introduction

This is a tasty way to spice up that skinless boneless chicken breast. This is a tasty way to spice up that skinless boneless chicken breast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 good size Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast, weight~16oz
    1 T olive oil
    2 T Lean & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T Lemon Pepper
    1 T Red Wine Vinegar
    1 t garlic powder
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

Take two frozen skinless & boneless chicken brest and place them in a zip lock bag. Add additional ingredients except pam cooking spray, into bag and place in the refrigerator to defrost. I usually do this in the morning or the night before. After chicken is defrosted and ready to cook, remove chicken, discard marinade and cook in a fry pan sprayed with pam for 15 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked threw. Makes 4- 4oz servings of chicken.
