Introduction

Like a hamburger, but made with tuna. It's yummy, and if you a fan of Spongebob, the kids will love this. Like a hamburger, but made with tuna. It's yummy, and if you a fan of Spongebob, the kids will love this.

Ingredients

3 cans of chunk tuna light in water, drained
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 large eggs
    1 TBSP vegetable oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in one big bowl. Mix together (best to use your hands, fun for kids to help). Refridgerate for 1 hour for ingredients to really stick. When done refridgerating, remove and begin to make patties out of the "dough". Should make about 8 patties. Pre-heat skillet with oil to a little over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and fry just long enough to brown the outside of the pattie (about 1 min. for each side).
Enjoy!
