Ingredients

    3 large green peppers, halved
1 pound 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 Cup Light Spaghetti Sauce
    1/2 cup onion
    2 cloves of garlic

    Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Wash and halve the green peppers. Remove the seeds and innards.

Sautee the onion and garlic. Slightly cook the turkey. I use already cooked brown rice (usually Steamfresh brand). Mix the onions, garlic, brown rice, and slightly cooked turkey together. Add the spaghetti sauce and two egg whites.

Mix well and separate the mixture into the 3 halved peppers.

Cook covered with aluminum foil for roughly 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

You can add some light/fat free mozzarella or cheddar cheese if you want, those calories are not included in this count.
