Ingredients

    3 15 1/2 ounce cans Hominy drained
    12 ounces chicken sliced in small strips
    1 Jalapeno deeded and chopped
    1 tbs olive oil
    Red chiles to taste
    3 cloves garlic
    1 onion chopped
    1 bunch cilantro

Directions

Boil chicken breast(s) in 2 quarts water with onion , garlic, jalapeno and red chili.
Remove chicken when done slice and return to pot.
Skim fat from top of pot.
Add chicken broth
Simmer for 30 minutes
Chop cilantro
Wedge fresh limes
Chop onion if desires
Serve add cilantro , lime juice, onion and oregano to taste.
