Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon honey
    dash of cayenne peppe
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)

    Salad:
    1 large bunch of spinach (washed and trimmed)
    1/4 cup walnut halves plain or toasted
    1/2 grapefruit cut into segments
    2 green onions

Directions

combine oil, vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper; mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Toss spinach with dressing and walnuts. Arrange grapefruit sections and top with granish of green onions.
