Introduction
Combined my favorite spices from various different stroganoff recipes and found a nice balance of flavors. Low calorie, fat, sodium and carb. Ingredients

1 tsp canola oil
12 oz pork loin
3 garlic cloves
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika (or sweet Hungarian)
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp fresh dill weed
1/2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup Fat Free Half & Half
1/4 cup Breakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper (optional)
Directions
1) Heat oil in large pan. Add pork and cook til brown.
2) Add garlic, onion, and peppers to pan and cook until tender. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes more.
3) Whisk the ground mustard, paprika, cornstarch, dill, spicy brown mustard and half and half into the sour cream.
4) Add sour cream mixture to pan. Turn heat up to medium-high stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Reduce to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Serve with whole wheat egg noodles or brown rice.
