1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Diced Carrot
1 cup Green Pepper
2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
2 Cans diced tomatoes with juice (14oz)
1 can pork and beans
19 oz Can of black beans, rinsed & drained
14 oz Can of red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 5 1/2 oz can tomato paste
1 - 2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Layer first 4 ingredients, in order give, in 4 to 5 quart slow cooker
Combine next 10 ingredients in large bowl. Pour over beef. Do not stir. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 - 10 hours or on High 4 - 5 hours.
Garnish individual servings with sour cream.
