Ingredients

    3/4 c Sweet & Low
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix low fat
    2 T Margarine
    13 oz. (1 can) evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    2 1/2 tsp. pumkin pie spice
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Beat ingredients until smooth pour into 1 1/2" X 10 pie plate Bake 350 for 50 to 55 min.

    Very Good
    I enjoyed this recipe very much. I replaced the sweet n low with a mixture of Splenda and sugar. In the future, I would use half cup of sugar. I loved the texture of this pie. It was so easy to make - I'm definitely making it again. - 11/24/11
