Ingredients

3 Boneless Chicken Breast, halved
3 egg whites
3 T Water
Italian Bread crumbs, dry, just enough to place a fine coat on chicken
Canola Cooking Spray
Favorite no salt seasoning
Directions
Makes 6 patties.
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
1. Beat egg whites with water, season.
2. Place all chicken in bowl with egg whites and mix until all the chicken is coated/
3. Dip each piece into bread crumbs, coat until completely covered, place on a baking sheet with cooking spray on it.
4. Spray the top of the breaded patties lightly with cooking spray.
5. Bake in oven for approx 10 minutes, turn over, and continue to bake for 10-15 more minutes, until patties are crisp and done. Be careful not to overcook.
