Ingredients

    0.5 chicken breast
    1 onion
    1 cup spinach
    2 tbsp corn starch
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp curry powder
    2 turmeric
    0.5 cup of cooked rice
    2 cups water
    0.3 cup non fat milk
    salt and pepper

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Onions, chicken, and curry powder, turmeric, salt, pepper in hot pan for a few minutes.
Corn starch added with tomato paste.
2 cups of water, non fat milk and cook 15 minutes
