Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- cubed
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 med onion-chopped
    1 can corn
    3 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Directions

combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir well.

Cover. Cook on high 8 hours 0r low for 3-4 hours

    Trying this now. Added two cans of black beans (rinsed and drained) instead of kidney beans. Added a splash of vegetable/chicken broth. - 12/17/11
