    1 Quart very warm water
1 TBSP or 1 packet of yeast
    5 TBSP sugar

    1 TBSP salt
    3 TBSP Canola Oil

    2 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
    4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    4 Cups White Flour

Pour warm water into mixing bowl. Add yeast and sugar. Let it sit until it starts to foam. Add salt and oil.
Start mixer and gradually add flaxseed and both flours. When the dough pulls away from the sides, sprinkle flour onto a clean, dry surface and put the dough on top. Knead for a couple of minutes. Dough should be elastic-y. Form into a ball and pour a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and spread over the ball of dough.
Please dough in a very large bowl, cover w/ a clean dish towel and place in a warm spot.
Let it rise for about an hour. Divide into thirds for large loaf pans and into fourths for regular size. Knead and form into loaves. Spray loaf pans w/ Pam and place dough into them. Let raise 30-45 minutes until a little past the top of the pans.
Pre-heat oven to 350. Place loaves into over for 25-30 minutes. Remove when golden brown. Cool on a rack for about 20 minutes before slicing w/ an electric or sharp cerated knife.
