Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 white cake mix
    3 egg whites
    2 11oz. cans of mandarin oranges (the juice of the oranges will be the liquid for the cake mix)

    Mix only these 3 ingredients. and bake as directed on cake mix.

Directions

Frosting: Beat together following ingredients.
1 reg size Cool Whip (any variety)
1 lg. can of crushed pineapple (juice also)
1 pkg. of instant vanilla pudding

When cake is cooled add frosting.

    My wife made this, its was delicious, very flavorful moist and cool for a spring day! can't wait til she makes it again! - 6/11/09
