Introduction
A modification of a recipe from ANARIE modified from a Martha Stewart recipe ! I found this great cup o' cobbler recipe but I modified it and made it bigger. This is mostly for my calorie count. Ingredients

Topping:
1 cup raspberries
1.5 tsp sugar
Base:
4 T flour
3.5 tsp sugar
.5 tsp baking powder
4 T Silk Light Plain soy milk
Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste
1 T butter
Directions
Grease small pan and put butter in. Heat pan in oven until butter is bubbly.
Mix raspberries and sugar in one bowl.
Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and spices in another.
Put crust until pan once butter is bubbly (helps make it crispy). Spread the raspberries on the center of the crust, leaving an edge. Cook until golden brown and bubbly. Mine took about 15-20 minutes.
Adding a light egg wash would make this look even better!
