Ingredients

    1 package (454 grams) of dried lentils
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped carrot
    1 cup chopped celery
    4 chicken bouillon cubes (4 gms each)
    1 can (.4 oz) mushrooms, drained

Directions

Follow package directions to clean lentils.
Add all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 30-45 mins.

Yummy! May add whatever else you like to add to your lentils!
