Ingredients

    3 Pork Steaks, cut in bite size pieces
    1 Onion chopped
    1 Bell Pepper
    1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    1 Tsp each Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper
    1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Can Mushrooms drained
    1 Cup Water
    1 Cup Rice
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown Pork, Onion, and bell pepper in oil. Add chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir. Add stewed tomatoes, water, mushrooms, and rice. Bring to boil. Turn heat to simmer and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When rice is done, take off heat. Stif in cheese and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve.
