Ingredients


    Mix together:
    2 cans cream of chicken reduced fat soup
    3 cups chicken broth
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1.5 cups of Minute Rice


Directions

Cook 1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken breast in seasoned broth or water. Reserve 3 cups of chicken broth. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix soup, broth, sour cream and minute rice.
Empty mixture into a long casserole dish.
Cover with crushed Ritz Crackers.
Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
