Introduction

Easy, no bake recipe from years ago at WW. You can substitute Jello Sugar Free Pudding Cheescake flavor, and also add a few drops of coconut or almond extract. Taste just like cheesecake! Ingredients

    1 low-fat graham cracker pie shell
    1 small box Jello s/f vanilla pudding
    1 pt. low-fat sour cream
    coconut extract
    1 small can pineapple in it's own juice
    (tidbits or crushed, drained well)
    Mix pudding mix directly into sour cream. Stir well. Will be very thick. Add extract. Spoon into pie shell. Garnish with pineapple (you can add some unsweetened coconut flakes too!)
    Refrigerate for at least an hour.
    Cut, serve and enjoy!
