    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 cup banana mashed
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cup wmeal flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp bicarb
    2 tbsp coffee powder


Heat oven 180 degrees C. grease loaf tin. Combine eggs, sugar and oil, whisk. Add banana, sour cream and vanilla, whisk. Sift dry ingredients, then add to wet ingredients and mix. Cook 50 mijn
