  Beware the liquid coffee creamer!! It's loaded with trans-fats, which are SO BAD for you! It would be healthier to use real cream, believe it or not. - 4/11/07

  Thanks so much for a delicious recipe! My variations: I used all cold water - no hot. I didn't use extra Splenda because I had some Sugar-Free Carnation French Vanilla Creamer, which already has Splenda in it. I Plopped all ingredients into my Magic Bullett and blended. Then poured over ice. YUM!! - 1/21/10

  I'm always looking for easy ways to jazz out my coffee at home and this recipe was super delicious. My husband actually stole my first glass on his way out the door but, the recipe is so quick and easy I didn't mind whipping up another one for myself. - 6/8/09

  Very very tasty! I made mine hot, just used only hot water and a little milk to cool it down, but it tastes great! Cant wait to try it cold in the summer! (It snowed today and I needed something hot!) - 1/11/11

  This may sound like a silly question, but when you say instant coffee, do you mean the ground up grains? Or do you mean brewing it, and then using that?

  You find it in the breakfast aisle at the grocery store. It's a powdered drink mix that you usually mix with milk, for a healthy breakfast alternative. Carnation is the brand name. Hope you find it! =)
