Ingredients

    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 3/8 c. matzo cake meal
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chopes
    1 T cinnamon sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Mix in egges one at a time Stir in matzo meal until gently blended. Gently mix in the walnuts and chocolate chips. Chill the dough briefly so it will be easy to handle. Form into a 5 inch wide loaf that is about 1 inch thick. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Bake for 45 minutes. cool, then slick into 1 inch slices to serve.
