Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 4 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 6 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Soy Milk, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 cup, mashed (remove)
    Egg replacer powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Foods Vegan Chocolate Chips, 20 tbsp (remove)
    beet Sugar, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together until "just mixed" and spoon into a well greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
