Introduction

not a low cal recipe...but a family favorite. If you manage to make substitutions to lower the cals without sacrificing the taste, I'd love to hear them. not a low cal recipe...but a family favorite. I would try No Salt or Mrs Dash to substitute on the salt to cut down on the sodium. I also would try Truvia or Sun Crystals because they are low or no calorie in them. It might be a better choice of sugar and its real sugar without the calories. I think its a great recipe. - 6/19/09

Tasted wonderful!! Will definitely make it again. My daughter was the chef for this recipe so I had to translate the ingredient measurements for her, but she did a great job and has put this recipe in HER recipe box! - 7/11/09
