Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I subbed half the sugar for Maple Syrup & used whole wheat flour instead...very yummy!
I would try No Salt or Mrs Dash to substitute on the salt to cut down on the sodium. I also would try Truvia or Sun Crystals because they are low or no calorie in them. It might be a better choice of sugar and its real sugar without the calories. I think its a great recipe.
I used Splenda instead of sugar to cut the calories. Very delicios.
