Introduction

This cake is moist & delicious! Calories are calculated without frosting. I just used canned vanilla frosting. This cake is moist & delicious! Calories are calculated without frosting. I just used canned vanilla frosting.

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 c Flour
    1.25 c Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    3 4 oz jars of Carrot Baby food
    2 tsp salt
    1.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 c oil
    1 c Daisy Light Sour Cream

Directions

Makes 12 pieces when cooked in a greased 9x12 pan.
Place all ingedients in a bowl or mixer & mix until smooth. Pour into the greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before frosting. I just used canned frosting.
