Introduction
A no-fat version of whole wheat bread A no-fat version of whole wheat breadNumber of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 1/8 cups water
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gluten (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp butter (optional)
Directions
Place ingredients in order listed into bread machine. Use whole wheat cycle. Makes 12 slices.
You can also use on dough cycle and follow these directions for 8 hamburger buns.
After dough cycle is complete, turn out onto a floured surface. Divide dough in half, then each half in half. Divide each quarter in half making 8 even pieces. Roll in a ball then pat into 1" circles. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with 1 tbsp of butter. Place in a warm area and let rise for 30 min - 1 hour until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes (oven's vary).
