    2 eggs
    1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
    6 chicken breasts (thawed)
    Shredded parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 375.

Whip eggs in a bowl. Put bread crumbs in another bowl.

Dip chicken breasts in the egg. Place egg-covered chicken in bread crumbs. Press chicken into crumbs and allow the crumbs to stick well to the egg.

Spray large baking dish with PAM or other cooking spray. Lay chicken in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 3 more minutes.

Cover the chicken dish so the breasts don't dry out. Cook 35 minutes in total, or until breasts are done. (depends on thickness)
