    1 Yellow Squash, Sliced
    1 Zucchini, Sliced
    I 1/2 Green Pepper, Sliced into Strips
    I Red Pepper, Sliced into Strips
    9 Mushrooms (Halfed, quartered or sliced)
    1 Large Onion, Sliced
    1/4 cup Canola Oil
    2 tbsp Lipton Recipe Secrets, Savory Herb with Garlic Soup mix
    Yellow peppers
    Red Potatoes


Preheat the oven to 350 degree. Mix the vegetables into a large bowl. Pour the Canola Oil over the vegetables and mix until well coated in oil. Sprinkle the Lipton soup mix as you mix the vegetables to make sure the soup mix is evenly distributed. Move them into a 9 by 13 baking Dish, cover with aluminum foil and place them in the oven. Mix after 45 minutes. Then cook them for another 45 minutes or until tender. (For crunchy vegetables only bake for 60 to 70 min)
