Introduction

This is a nice change from the typical roast broccoli. This is a nice change from the typical roast broccoli.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 stalks Broccoli, fresh
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 tbsp Roasted Garlic
    1/4 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs Italian Style
    1 oz Muenster Cheese, shredded
    1/2 lemon

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Cut broccoli into pieces leaving spears whole and wash well. Skin stalk and cut in half. Mix olive oil and garlic, then brush on broccoli heads. Dip each spear in bread crumbs, coating well. Place on cookie sheet in single layer spear up and cook 20 minutes or until brown and tender. Remove from oven, squeeze lemon over broccoli and sprinkle cheese. Turn oven off and place in oven for 5 minutes.

Makes 6 1/2-cup servings
