    1 tsp. onion powder
    3 cloves garlic
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
    4 tsp. mustard
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. BBQ sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt


Precook beef roast until done. Pull apart or cut into fine pieces. Mix BBQ sauce and pour onto beef, then cook in slow cooker and let simmer for 2 hrs. Great alternative to burgers! Note: nutritional value is minus the beef roast.

    Big hit with the family! Even my picky eater! Had left over roast, not sure how much in weight terms. Could have used more meat, but that just made more sauce to dip french fries in. Thanks for sharing! Will be making this again and again. ☺ - 1/19/18
