Ingredients

Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbsp
Plum Sauce, 2 tbsp
Water, 2 tbsp
Soy sauce
Juice from half an orange
Zest from one orange
Cornstarch, 1 tbsp
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
1 Green Pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Leftover steak
2 cups cooked rice
Directions
Mix hoisin, plum, and soy sauces in a bowl. Whisk in cornstarch. Add water, orange zest and juice, and whisk together.
Slice leftover steak into very thin slices.
Cut peppers into strips and cut broccoli into small florets.
Add vegetables to hot skillet/wok (use cooking spray is pan isn't nonstick), add half of sauce mixture, and cook while stirring until vegetables are slightly tender but still have bite.
Toss steak in remaining mixture until well coated, and add to vegetables. Cover skillet and allow steak to heat through.
Serve over rice.
