Introduction
My husband makes this so all he has to use is one pan. He calls it Egg, Hasbrown Suffle' My husband makes this so all he has to use is one pan. He calls it Egg, Hasbrown Suffle'Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 Eggs - Jumbo Size
3 Cups Kroger Brand hashbrowns or frozen shredded potatoes
2 Slices cheese
Directions
Put the hashbrown in the skillet in melted butter (what he uses) or Pam Spray. Fry till almost done. While waiting, crack the eggs in a bowl and stir them well. Dump Egg mix on top of hasbrowns and let sit for a minute. Cook like you would hashbrown patties till done.
Add cheese on top of mixture.
Jenn's note: no this isnt something I normally eat however when I dont want to fix lunch and hes making his he will give me some of it. Its really good. Breakfast all in one skillet.
