Introduction

I've started experimenting with Smoothies here lately, and this is one variation I tried which made 24 ounces. So it'll serve 3...or you can be greedy! Ingredients

Fresh strawberries: 3-1/2 ounces; slice each berry into fours
Fresh Peaches: 1-1/2 ounces, cut into small pieces
Fresh Kiwi Fruit: 1 ounce, chopped
Dole 100% Pineapple Juice: 4 ounces
Fresh pineapple: 4-1/2 ounces: cut into small pieces
    Banana: 1 ounce, diced
    4 cubes ice
** If the smoothie is not sweet enough for your taste, I would recommend adding a no calorie sweetener such as Splenda or Stevia. Experiment with this drink.

Directions

Use a blender which has a blend or whip cycle.

Prepare the ingredients as indicated.

Put pineapple juice inside the blender container first, then add fruit, yogurt and ice.

Blend until smooth. If you like, add the Whip cycle for 10 seconds to make it creamier. Serve as soon as possible.

Makes three (3) 8 ounce servings.
