Ingredients

1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Trop50 orange juice
12 packets Truvia
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 egg
3 c. bran flake cereal
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. raw sugar
Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Gently fold in bran flakes and blueberries.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and divide batter among 12 cups. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
