Introduction
This is an easy and Yummy smoothie. It can either be for a breakfast with some toast and light butter, or a mid afternoon snack, when your sweet tooth is calling for something...well sweet.For the record, the picture shown for the smoothie recipe is not mine, but looks a lot like it. Just thought a picture will show you how it will look like.

Ingredients

4 Raspberries
At least 2-4 blackberries
1 cup of whole Strawberries
1/2 cup of soy milk
4 oz of Yoplait Yogurt
3-5 ice cubes
You will need:
Measuring cups
Blender
Directions
1. Get all the ingredients needed
2. Wash your berries and put raspberries and blackberries in blender.
3. Get your 1 cup of whole strawberries and cup them in half. After put them in the blender.
4. Add your 4 oz of Yoplait yogurt to the blender
5. Now add ice cubes
6. Last add the soy milk and cover the blender
7. Blend until there are no more chunks.
Serve in a cup and enjoy :)
It should make at least 3 cups or so. I usually drink it all myself since its only 222 calories.
I have no clue if anyone else makes this smoothie. I just added my own ingredients and love how it came out. I hope you like it to.
